Details:

Demonstration Ramble/Walk around the proposed site in Bamford to develop 750 luxury dwellings on Bamfords green belt on Saturday, 7 January starting at Bamford Village Green at 10.30am and finishing at Bamford Chapel for refreshments.

Meeting place will be on the green opposite Tescos at Bamford Precinct and will finish at Bamford Chapel where you will receive an update from the committee on all of the activity that has been going on, you will also be able to purchase warm drinks and a bacon sandwich with all profits going towards funding the campaign.

We want to ensure everyone can be involved so have 3 x options.

  • Route 1 across the fields please bring your wellies.
  • Route 2 walk down the road to Bamford Chapel.
  • Route 3 for people who may struggle to walk can drive and make there way to Bamford Chapel.

For maximum impact, we would ask for everyone to meet up on the green at 10:30 for the start of the walk.
